      Reasonable hours, friendly staff, flexible, they try hard to make things work.

      Just the usual instability when it comes to telemedicine (tech changes, etc)

      Great support from management. Always available for assistance with difficult cases or advice. Great coworkers.

      Cons

      Tough job in LTC, Buildings can be difficult but it is not a reflection on Mindcare as a company RVU rate is extremely low
