Only cons you will find are if you aren't contributing to the team or pulling your own weight.

Decent latitude in the field if your honest and experienced. If your just stepping into field service you will not have any meaningful mentorship and will be openly mocked because of their own negligence in proper training.

You will not get any forward progress in your career. If you ask for it, it’s a direct threat to someone somewhere in the company. There are a lot of people that absolutely should not be in management and condone toxic behavior because HR is non existent and you will have retaliation. The ego’s between regions is obnoxious, there is absolutely no collective or leadership for a company this size and everyone tip toes around it while the reputation of the product and company loses market share. There’s no integrity at this place. Only business cards that are baseless and would be let go in the first 90 in the real world of this industry and they know it. If you’re looking for upward mobility or career advancement this ain’t the place. You have ideas or want to be collaborative? Again, ain’t the place.
