Not many cons, but advancement does seem limited.

They don't hesitate in taking care of truck

Besides having dispatch that has no clue how to do their job they are excellent at not listening to the driver and not caring about hire agreement. They don't verify anything and constantly want the driver to do their job for them and expect the driver to make up for their short comings. Not sure how much they are paid but if over a dollar it is a waste.
