      Milhaus is making great progress in bringing consistent policies and procedures to the Orlando market. HR is actively involved, and the company is creating events and experiences that genuinely help employees feel appreciated and part of the team.

      Cons

      Make sure all policies and procedures are followed in the individual offices consistently.
