Pros
I really cannot think of any. The only thing you will learn here is what kind of company to avoid next time.
Cons
The whole company runs on interns. There are only three or four real full-time engineers. Everyone else is an intern, and they all work long hours for very little pay. The boss has a bad temper. People are scared to speak up. Every week he talks about big plans, big growth, big opportunities — none of it ever happens. It is the same empty promises again and again. The expectations make no sense. Leadership wants a few interns to build things that big companies took more than ten years and hundreds of senior engineers to build. This is not ambition. It is fantasy. The office is small and crowded. The servers are right next to where people work, so it is loud all day and you cannot focus. The equipment is old and slow. The chairs are cheap. Basic things you would expect at any normal tech company are missing here. There is no real training, no mentorship, and no career growth. Just pressure, long hours, and unrealistic deadlines. Mistakes are treated like personal failures. The pay is a joke for the amount of work.
