STAY FAR AWAY FROM MNID - Anonymous employee Mike Niven Interior Design Employee Review

Absolutely WORST managed company I've ever been a part of. Management had zero knowledge in how to actually manage people. The abuse the designers took (I was in administration) was horrendous. Even I was abused greatly. Mike threw scissors at me at one point... witnessed by most of the staff. I found most of the designers to be better at their craft than the Principal was. I found that not even a year after I left, the *ENTIRE* staff had turned over. A complete joke.
