Thank you for taking the time to share your opinion so that we can reflect on it and think about ways we can adapt and do more to make you and others get the support you need. Through quarterly all-team meetings, happy hours, one-on-one meetings, surveys, and our new feedback portal, we are working hard to seek feedback and connect on a personal level with each consultant. Over the past year, consultant feedback has led to the creation of Mikan Academy, Mikan U, job shadowing for new consultants, the Mikan Culture Club, performance teams, operational changes, added perks, and many other improvements. We are sorry that our efforts are not meeting your expectations and welcome your feedback and involvement in finding the best ways to grow and nurture our team.
