      This is a Great family oriented company with flexible hours. There are lots of incentives given to their employees in the field.

      Cons

      Too many management layers and there is too much manual reporting that is needed. Software is outdated and not user friendly.

      This job lead me to a job I actually enjoy.

      Cons

      The upper management only cares for themselves. They will hold lower level employees to specific rules but then don't follow them theirselves. The corporate office is basically high-school drama all over again. Remind you that 90% of the people who work in the corporate office are 50+ yet Act like 18 year olds with entitlement issues.
