Pros
Work life flexibility is convenient and health insurance is pretty solid as well.
Cons
Accountability at the upper level of management is not great. They are quick to point the finger, but yet do not provide the resources required (additional engineering help or time allotted). Mid-level management is typical (not great, but not bad either).
