Midmark tries to give their employees safe and fun work environment. The middle management is flexible and respect the employees. Midmark offers nice benefits and compensation package.

Although Midmark is a medium size company it still have the feel of a small company. Midmark develops their products in a certain way, which worked for them for many years. However, they are reluctance to go with new technologies.
