Pros
The Physicians are highly skilled and qualified. Good facilities, equipment, and supplies. Benefits are good in comparison to other comparable practices.
Cons
Very poor leadership within management level positions, who do say what the partners want to hear but don't translate their wishes into practical changes within the clinical environment. Staff has a VERY high turnover due to burnout and lack of perceived value & respect from management. Zero priority placed on continuing education or job training, and very few opportunities for advancement. Very stressful work environment due to turnover, and new staff being trained. They will throw you wherever they need you at the last minute because of poor planning and infrastructure.
