The benefit package is top notch. 2 weeks vacations immediately, 10 paid holidays and 6% 401K match. The company pays for a good portion of the medical insurance. You are allowed to work autonomously with no micro managing.
Cons
There is a lot of nepotism and favoritism within this company. Job performance and dedication to doing your job efficiently really mean nothing to the company as far as moving up within the company. The pay raises are laughable, they range from 2-4% annually. The company has a lot of wasteful spending that if reined in could allow for better pay raises for the hourly employees. There is very little formal training and supervisors tend to not know what or how to do their employees job duties in the event of an absence or vacation. There is a big lack of communication and lots of secretiveness from management that is very frustrating to the hourly subordinate employees.
