As a gratitude and token of respect to my beloved current organization MICROWARE COMPUTING AND CONSULTING PVT LTD. Would like to pen down my genuine review for my Org. After working 2+ years Although I have my personal identity as Gajendra Singh ,but moreover would love to be called as Ex- Microwarion too. That was my fortune to work with company under supervision leadership ,who made this journey like a cake walk thoroughly. Feeling blessed and my privilege to associate myself with core operation and testing team. Would like to address my Cluster head,HoD, Operation manager for guiding me and unconditional support whenever I felt stuck midway with no clue in day-to-day task Whatsoever task was alloted to me , my seniors always holded my back and supported me and made me no lesser than proficient within days. In no time , I gained a lot of knowledge in different aspects during projects. Painstakingly everyone is doing wonderful job including HR cell to hire expectional talent and giving freshers a spark to their future. Had i known this earlier and the sense of secure job that I've got here , I would have definitely made this company as my first one to start my career with. But due to unforeseen reasons have to switch now. The leadership and top management is adhere to the core values and I believe ,they would carry it as legacy for years. Alongways , at time of leaving this company i.e, heartfelt moment for me for sure Gained much experience from here and looking forward to incorporate the same into my next organisation.
