Great pay, sincerely took me on knowing I needed to be trained in some areas. Gave me time to look for another job. Co workers very nice and very good cooperation with other departments for paperwork and sorting out discrepancies.

Training was sparse and interrupted and only a few days. Guy training openly mocked me in front of management because I took elaborate notes. I was doing some stuff for the first time. Because of the mocking, I tried to take briefer notes and ended up not writing everything down. IN PREVIOUS POSITIONS note taking was never frowned upon or mocked in such a condescending way. Note taking was always a necessity and implied when ever a question was asked. Only one manager from another department seemed to notice it was horrible. Impatient head bookkeeper that kept saying that I should have taken better notes all the while watching the trainer mock me. In summary the climate of the company at least in accounting was cold. Other departments seemed warm and cohesive.

Work only at 8:30am - 5pm and never overwork as you won't get paid any extra.

DAILY SEXUAL HARASSMENT. The company has signs all over that say do not call 911 even if emergency, yet let the managers know. Is this even legal to ask employees not to call 911? The company tricks you if you don't pay extra attention to your paycheck and you'd get paid less than your hours or commission.
