      Flexible remote work that easily fits around other commitments. Timely bimonthly payments, always processed as scheduled. Fair per-task payment structure that allows earnings to scale with productivity. Meaningful and interesting tasks that contribute to the advancement of AI systems. Professional project management and clear guidelines for task execution.

      Cons

      At times, the volume of content per video can be overwhelming, especially when long videos require detailed, frame-by-frame annotation. The per-task compensation could be improved to better reflect the effort required for more complex or time-consuming annotation tasks.

      Total con job. Uses your financial background to extract value to their clients. I get it - I'm not ignorant - however the entire selection process was about financial modeling, markets, etc. and then EVERY step after was a protracted process about "fix this rubric" "fix this word" never mentioned in job description or selection process. ~40 hours, $0 because i gave up. And the best part!?!? They'd send you contradictory, overlapping and overly descriptive yet simultaneously imprecise requests for what they want, from multiple people. They'd literally send me a 5 minute video per person, where it's clearly more efficient if they fixed it themselves, and we could each specialize in our individual AOI and provide value.
