Understaffed constantly because the front end turnover rate is so high due to many things Long lines that are physically impossible to keep up with Being asked to meet impossible goals Front end is expected to forfeit rightfully earned protection plans, which is extra commission pay, for the sake of padding the sales teams numbers Front end leadership is expected to be on a register pretty much all throughout the day despite constantly needing to be places and do things Constantly asked by upper management to do things outside of your job requirements Work-life balance is very hard, especially if you have a family
