Working $4/hr during closed store hours feels terrible and drags down morale. Management is better in small stores but larger ones usually have bad ones since corporate can't seem to figure out how to train them to effectively run large stores. Hours can be long depending on how well staffed your department is. The major issue with this job depends on your goals:
THIS JOB IS A DEAD END. It does not promote professional growth, there are people working in these sales positions for decades because it pays just well enough (but overall commissions dwindle every few years so they're starting to leave slowly). You either go to school to start another career, hop ship to another retail company if management drives you mad enough or stay in this sales position until Micro Center eventually goes out of business one day.
