      Pros

      Great benefits, including unlimited CTO, work from home, & flexibility. The environment is positive, fun, & friendly. They welcome & respect ideas from all employees.

      Cons

      There is no formal training for new employees, which made the learning process of a new job slower than I had hoped. Management has realized this, though, & this area will be improved upon in the near future.
