Some regional and senior management personnel are not deserving of their position as they do not have much executive experience and try to make up for this through coercive tactics and will stifle you if they feel inferior and threatened by you. Regional and senior management play a lot of games. Avoid if you want to grow a career and not have to constantly look over your shoulder in case you are too smart for these "executives".
