Given autonomy most of the time, to plan and complete your required tasks. In general, colleagues render help without reservations and are friendly.
Cons
Very USA centric organization, where they decide 90-95% of everything. Regional management people serve as puppets for them to execute their instructions. Top-heavy organization and the middle management folks have it easy by just following higher order instructions. Almost zero innovation culture in the organization, poor work accountability of managers and not willing to change status quo. Poor career progression for employees in the regions outside USA. Strong office politics culture in the workplace.
