Challenging and growth - Compliance Coordinator Mi-C3 Employee Review

Staff work well together. Everyone helping the organisation remain top class. Diversity of staff is wonderful and you can be talking to people in several countries while in one meeting. Being able to work from anywhere is a huge bonus.

With such diverse staff locations, some staff end up starting work late in the day and others start early. But all in all, we make it work.

Fast paced and growing organization. Lots of opportunities for growth. I felt I wasn't in the right position for my skills and I was given a much more suitable responsibilities. I have been working for Mi-C3 for many years now and the change and growth in Senior Management has been amazing. Working from a home office makes life cheaper and easier. Covid didn't change a thing about the way we work, in fact it improved our work production. We also get to spend time with totally different cultures and backgrounds, with having people from all over the world in the organization.

The downside is not seeing Colleagues in person, as often. However, there are social groups to help maintain a more family oriented feel. We all celebrate a birthday or anniversary as a Company. And we have a Show & Tell every week to share in our individual accomplishments.
