- A small mistake will be a big deal to resolve with lots of steps making it a lot more complicated than needed - Inconsistencies in procedures from upper management lots of moving particles always having to keep up with changes that at times don’t make a ton of sense - high expectations and the bonus that is offered is rarely done I wouldn’t count on it
