Pros
Good work/life balance. Pay is ok yet HR and management are not genuinely transparent in salary ranges and grade levels for the role.
Cons
Management & Executive Levels are not paying attention to the real issue at hand which are operational protocols and best practices. Merged too quickly from Metso to Metso:Outotec without detailed planning. Frontline workers are not motivated and lazy unproductive workers are not held accountable. Management has no backbone nor direction. Mainly ego driven not solution focused. Solutions offered from employees are not taken seriously nor implemented especially from Outotec side. Management has advised that over 80% of good solutions offered by employees will NOT be considered. Why? That is pure stupidity. Outotec had good protocols and business models in place which was never genuinely under consideration. It was not a merger but a hostile takeover.
