Pros
Excellent product for the marketplace, tons of room for growth. Some very good engineers who know what they are doing. Pay is competitive.
Cons
Terrible company culture. If 'Fixed Mindset' was a company, this would be it. Very little collaboration across team members and teams. Overall company vision is lacking, and has an effect on employee morale. Extremely unorganized-- it gets tiring hearing the same excuse for everything: 'Well, that's just start-up culture.' No accountability for how managers treat employees-- managers are only preoccupied with keeping their boss happy.
