Pros

Can't really think of any. They don't treat employees fair or with respect. Seen lots of people quit and not get paid.

Cons

This job is a joke they say you can do sales or management in the first interview...it's a sales job period you don't have a choice. The job is pathetic, you are standing inside sams club selling direct tv to everyone that walks in the door. They have you memorize a script and work 12-7 every day besides Wednesday. They pay 10$ an hour but once you do 4 sales you get 500 a week. I hit 4 sales after a month never got paid my 500 guarantee or my commission. I left the company and still haven't been paid my hours or commission. The company had such a bad reputation in Michigan they had to change the name just to get people to sign up. These guys are from Illinois trying to build a pyramid scheme. You are expected to sign people up and then have them sign people up. The only way to advance to "management" is by signing up 7 people and getting them to sell a certain amount of direct tv and sign up people. Miserable Job, managements fake and are not trust worthy. Very hard to get paid if you leave. Don't waste your time if your looking for a career.

Thank you for taking the time to leave a review. I believe you may have gotten us confused with another company because 1) our schedule has been 8:30-3:30/3:30-8:00PM we've never had a 12-7 schedule. 2) We make sure to enroll all our employees in direct deposit if not employees checks are always ready for pick up every Friday. 3) We aren't from IL, we have launched a new small business here in Michigan. 4) We don't work on a referral based system of "expected to sign people up and then have them sign people up". We use a recruitment service linked with our HR department. 5) Clarity of compensation is explained with all new employees and they must sign digital and paper copies of acknowledgement. *** As a new small business in the area, we've received multiple fake reviews from our competitors in efforts to draw potential applicants away. This has been discovered by our tech/IT team. Thank you.
