Pros
I got this job in February 2018. I interviewed at at least 10 places and after meeting Jerod the owner and Ryan Erwin the director of sales I decided this was the place for me. It was hard at first learning a new industry but they coached me through it every step of the way. In order to be successful here you need to be hungry. I'm a slaesman through and through. I work very hard but I also have the flexibility to make my own schedule. I'm making more money than I ever made selling BMW. I think the reason I like this company so much is the culture. I really feel like the employees here are like a second family. I'm new to the state and I love the fact that I travel all over Colorado.
Cons
Working 7am to 7pm some days. Lots of driving for project managers. Sales can be hard if you are not a good salesman or saleswoman.
