The usual smaller tech company benefits, laid back company culture, remote work welcome
Cons
• Smaller company == lower salaries
• Slight concern that a significant percentage of Metova's future developer jobs are being filled outside of the US, potentially resulting in less opportunities in the United States
Metova Response

Thank you for leaving a review! We added flexible PTO to our benefits package this year to help our employees take time for themselves. Our team is small, but is growing rapidly which enables us to fill positions in the United States and with our partnership office in Mexico. We are proud to offer our employees diversity, flexibility, and opportunities in their roles!

Pros
Amazing people that do crazy awesome stuff every day. Benefits are normal, pay is slightly below average, but worth the trade off any day.
Cons
Customer demands sometimes have peak seasons and there are periods of less work to go around.
. There is little feeling of management having superiority. You can walk into the president's office and talk one on one at any time and discuss any concerns you have about the company's direction.
. Can create any leadership role for yourself.
. Internal projects pop up often, and there are lots of people who will help you with them.
. They want to see you grow, and they will provide you with every possible mean to do so.
. They have your back if your clients are terrible and are too demanding
These are a few of the greatest things about Metova. A note of advice, if you are easily insulted and can't take criticism very well..Metova might not be for you. If you suck at your job, they will tell you bluntly, but that doesn't mean they won't greatly go out of their way to try to help you become better.
Cons
. Sometimes management can promise clients something that they didn't confer with their devs about.
. Not necessarily a bad thing, but Metova is growing so fast that sometimes things can get very disorganized.
. The goal of the company can seem to be shifting more towards Profits than their motto "Creating a great place to work."
. The Franklin office feels almost like a frat house sometimes, especially the second floor. Dirty, random junk everywhere, and just crammed devs into wherever an open spot is.
