Cons
Poor leadership under the current Head of Homes, TLH. Favouritism, personal attacks, undermining, discrimination, harassment at the very best. With the high turnover rate within some department here, there isn't any solutions given while cost cutting is still the main focus, getting the priority all wrong. Under-performing ones can stay, while those who can work are leaving one after another. Fantastic, good job.
