The new "senior level" management is only out for revenue and will throw anyone under the bus because it. You have regular employees worried sick about something they have ZERO control over.
You are CONSTANTLY worried about if you're going to lose your job. Every single year. Numbers are down, their products are not good and they punish everyone but the top-level "leadership".
Very little respect is given for anything, people are "cliquey" like high-school almost. Get ready for the most passive aggressive behavior in the hallways. Director level employees can't even look you in the eye if they feel "above" you....and they will. Inventory and Procurement especially, the most petty departments in the whole company.
Don't DARE ask for help or information that would help you do your job better. People are ONLY out for themselves and how anything makes them look. If they need to do ANY extra work to help you out, good luck.
Stay away from the Customer Service department as that manager doesn't know what she's doing at all and is the most petty, immature "manager" I've met. The turnaround in her department is no accident.
When the entire HR dept needs to be replenished every few months because HR people are quitting every few months, that should tell you everything you need to know.
