      Pros

      Residents are unknowing of what the staff deals with. They are great to be around, until they catch on how overworked everyone is.

      Cons

      Heavy and ridiculous micromanaging. Expected to work 24/7. Benefits are horrible. Upper level management works from home but they expect you to work 40 hours in office then work when you go home and 24/7 on weekends. No off hours. You are never out of their reach, they will contact you anytime of day and expect you to respond. You are not expected to have a personal life.

      Pros

      I have never worked for a company that truly cares for each one of the employees but this one does. They believe in taking care of each one of the employees from top to bottom. Slefcare is a big focus for them as you can't take care for the resident if you dont care for yourself.

      Great residents and good co-workers

      Cons

      The top management could be a lot better but my wellness manager was really good and would work with u but the company doesn’t care how much u work for them and have no good employee incentive
