      Pros

      People in the trenches really cared about get the product out the door to protect those who protect us.

      Cons

      Upper management moved up to quickly without understanding where they came from. They need to realize the employees are not naive about what the end game is with the current CEO. The CEO is a relative of the fund group and has sold off companies in the past.

      Flexible organization & involved leadership with lots of room for growth

      lengthy onboarding process/trainings but I do understand the need for this

      Facility is far away from where I would want to live
