Pros
Straight forward work, for the most part coworkers are really nice and helpful. Cool office and sometimes good enrichment activities (outside events, potlucks etc) also they give bonuses pretty generously so that’s nice, especially if you’re a high performer.
Cons
Long hours, High volume, disrespectful customers, upper management is condescending and they claim growth and opportunity but that’s never the case, even if you are a hard worker.
