Pros

Mercatus is great with their really lax dress code (can wear anything from jeans and sneakers to business casual). They also have a great vacation policy (as many days as you need as long as you get your work done).

Cons

The biggest issue at Mercatus is the gap between what they say they do versus what they actually do. Basically, a lot of preaching without much practicing.

I joined the Mercatus India team as a young researcher in a part-time capacity. My team is led by Ms. Shruti Rajagopalan, and over the past two years, she has consistently helped me discover my interests and grow. It's a good place to be.
