Pros
A small and flat structure is a plus - you can handle most cases during one visit in the office. Impossible in big corporations. Mercator`s products really change lives. Very good atmosphere among colleagues!
Cons
As a listed company, the company pays particular attention to finances. While it's essentially a matter of capital management, budgets for employee events are limited.
