They don't have teacher positions open frequently

The kids are great. If I could exist in a bubble I would stay for them

-Central Office is incompetent -Pay is not comparable to other surrounding and STL districts -Money is mismanaged and they are millions of dollars in debt -Academics and student success is a mess yet they spend their time worrying about the right shade of purple for the mascot and the employee dress code -Everything is about appearances and there's no substance or thought put into what we do or why
