Pros
Opportunities to help clients make changes
Cons
Upper management provides minimal support and you are expected to have no work/life balance. Working upwards of 60-70 hrs per week, 24/7 on-call duties with minimal compensation, and constant shortage of staff. Overall disorganization and the company prefers to funnel it's money into whatever new and trendy organizational model comes along as opposed to using money to increase wages or training for staff. Upper management is very much a clique and unprofessional - regular gossiping and backstabbing and throwing others under the bus to save their own skin. There is an overall lack of investment in their clients and the front line staff. Upper management has regularly covered up regulatory violations and not reported things that are mandated. Truly a chaotic and disgraceful place to work.
