Pros
The only positive aspect of working at this company was the flexible schedule, which allowed for some degree of work-life balance. Additionally, the level of autonomy in daily tasks was a notable benefit, as there was minimal micromanagement. The patient population was also relatively straightforward, which made the clinical workload more manageable compared to more complex environments. Unfortunately, these positives were overshadowed by several significant downsides
Cons
Despite the few positive aspects, the company had numerous issues that made it a challenging and frustrating place to work. Compensation was far below industry standards, making it difficult to feel valued for the work being done. High turnover was a constant problem, leaving remaining staff overburdened and scrambling to fill gaps. Support from management and administrative teams was extremely limited, which only added to the stress and lack of organization.
Additionally, the company engaged in bait-and-switch practices with patients, promising services or care that were often not delivered as advertised. This eroded trust and created tension with patients. Most concerning of all were the unsafe prescribing guidelines, which prioritized quantity over quality and placed both providers and patients at risk. These systemic issues make it difficult to recommend this company as a reliable or ethical place to work.
