Cons
Top tier of business is all investors. Profit is the main goal to the point that clinical judgement is impaired by the pushing of products. More sales people, pencil pushers, and upper management than actual clinicians. Clinician opinion is not valued, nor is the clinician experience considered. Very poor morale.
