- Clean atmosphere, general culture within the store is professional - Eligible for pay increases every three months - Pay bonus for working weekends - Management is generally willing to work around your school or life schedules for part-timers - Many options for advancement
Cons
- Many find themselves plagued by drama - For full-timers and department managers, a lot is put on your shoulders and one is not paid enough for the demands - Pay can and should be higher for full-time and department managers - Full-timers must have complete open availability and cannot attend school - Weak benefits packages - Few weekends off, sporadic scheduling most times
