Pros
IPS, stayed busy, busy especially in spring to mid summer, garden center was nuts in the spring. Alot of hours as long as youre making payroll.
Cons
Turnover hurt, always had to hire new team members in Feb to prepare for the spring onslaught. Snow removal in the winter, cold, cold!
