      Pros

      Decent pay, benefits, good clinical staff. Computer charting & order entry.

      Cons

      Understaffed. Indifferent upper management will not listen to needs of those "in the trenches". Difficult to provide decent patient care due to work load. Constantly being called to come in on days off due to understaffing. The image portrayed to the public is not the reality within.

      I loved the people and the heart of the organization for their patients. It was a collaborative and fun environment to work in.

      Pros

      No micro-management, which is outstanding. Decent PTO. I think they’re trying to retain staff but simply do not understand the market.

      Cons

      Very poor communication, no structured, professional training. No department meetings, huddles or comrade. There doesn’t seem to be any motivation or desire for employee enrichment or advancement. Pay is embarrassing low and there is no excuse for this.
