      Pros

      You learn a lot about analog media, digitization and archiving, and work with nice people mostly from the University.

      Cons

      Little to no job growth, staff are treated as if they are replaceable, no windows in studios, and low pay. I saw so much talent come through this company and quickly leave.

      Pros

      Everyone is socially distanced at each of our stations and work is never too overbearing.

      Cons

      Starting pay is low and raises are far and few between. We don't get benefits which is a main reason why people leave after awhile.
