Pros
After 90 days, it's pretty easy to keep your job if you want it. After a year, they give you paid time off based on how many hours you've worked. Most of my co-workers are fairly nice and I get along with them.
Cons
The stress level is extremely high, especially in the food areas. Management doesn't care about the employees and the turn over rate is extremely high. About the time someone is actually getting the hang of things, they're gone again. They have a difficult time even getting people hired into the deli at my store. No one wants to work that department it's so bad. Even when they do hire new people in, they don't train them. They just expect you to start working immediately or within the first hour of being there without even learning how to properly use the equipment. The core values they say they have don't match how they respond to things.
