Pros

Below are the few reasons why Mehta Fincon is a grat place to work - Employee Engagement activities which includes movie days, parties, games etc... - Celebrations wherein we celebrate each and every functions like family - Company having a best policies for their employees like work from home, leaves, bonus system, travel policy, etc.. - Company also doing monthly recognition and appreciation for their employees - We have also a great learning atmosphere we have in-house library also to enhance our knowledge and we also organize learning sessions and motivation session on regular basis to sharpen our skills we also invites outside trainers .

Cons

There is always a scope of improvement but till now I haven't found any cons in the company.

Here at Mehta Fincon the best thing I like is :- 1. The System & Process we follow to make a Potential Lead into a Potential Client. We are given Professional Training by our Company's Management Consultant & the best part is we follow some Sales Skills Systems which makes us better than many organisation in Surat in our Industry. 2. The next best thing is the HOD is also very young & dynamic & understands well how to create appropriate mixture of Employer - Employee relation / Employee-Customer Relation/ Employer-Customer Relation. The relationship model which we have created is immensely commendable. For Example During our some privileged Clients Birthday/ Marriage Anniversary we deliver them cake as gesture of "Value" in our organisation for them. Similarly, In any Employees Special Occasion we decorate his/ her desk with a greeting card.

Cons

The One thing here is missing is the adequate strength of Sales Staff. Secondly, There is a much wider scope for Leaders who can create & handle team.
