Pros
Before I even accepted the job, I had people from the office emailing me about how happy they were that an offer was extended to me, that they were they were excited to meet me and that they hoped I'd accept. Very nice and welcoming! After only a week of working there, I feel that I know most of the recruiters and sales managers and everyone is very easy to get along with.
Cons
It is an intense week long training and then you are on your own. The first day was information overload (which was to be expected). It seems like a fast paced, busy job, however the pay could be better. On top of that, insurance is extremely expensive... the company only offers PPO and PPO High Deductible. Employees are paid weekly, and insurance is taken out with each paycheck. For someone who is single, PPO is $37 a week, plus a $1,000 yearly deductible. PPO HD is about $13 a week, but with a $2,500 yearly deductible, and given the option of using an HSA. Not very affordable.
