Pros
This is an excellent organization for someone who is looking for uncapped opportunity and commission. They have greatly improved their training program for new recruiters, and the path for a promotion is 12 months or less for the right individual. The culture is you and exciting filled with individuals who want to win and expect success.
Cons
Some days can be very hectic with tasks and goals changing with the drop of a hat. Working in staffing is always challenging because you have the human element.
