The pay is very low providing few individuals an opportunity to make a lot of money and the majority of employees making very little. The hours are very long and it's expected to be there from 7:00 am-6:00 pm every day. You also are expected to handle correspondence after working hours and get in trouble if you don't handle it before coming into work the next day.
