Thank you for taking the time to leave your feedback. We are grateful for all comments, receptive to taking them on board, especially in areas where people think we can improve.
We are glad to hear you have worked with friendly teams and that you had a work life balance. We work hard to promote a positive culture and people experience.
We want all our colleagues to be happy, and we are truly sorry to hear that you weren't happy in certain areas. However, we want to ensure that you have left us knowing that we have taken your feedback seriously and responded accordingly.
Regards the salary, we undertake a compensation and benchmarking exercise annually and every time we advertise a role. We refer to the London labour market although our roles are based in Elstree & Borehamwood and in Radlett, in order to ensure that we are competitive, where possible have competitive advantage and attract the best talent.
We have performance review processes happening every quarter to ensure we continuously look at our people's development and potential, and a clear internal R&R website where everyone can see the responsibilities and expectations of each role. The business is experiencing exponential growth and everyone has an opportunity to evolve as roles keep coming up month by month, and we feel this also provides significant career opportunities.
We are also proud to see some of past graduates a part of the leadership and management teams across departments.
In terms of diversity, we are proud to be a company that celebrates differences, where everyone can feel comfortable being themselves.
At Medik8, differences are not seen as challenges but rather as a fuel of our teamwork. Our leadership currently consists of 44 percent of women. Although this is great stats for a company of our size - we have more plans to be fully inclusive and diverse in all the many ways possible; like most companies have realised, this takes time because for us it’s not a box-ticking exercise but something we are passionate about and want to do properly.
From a diversity and inclusion perspective, we are incredibly proud that we have many different nationalities and backgrounds from within our workforce, which also provides diversity of thinking too.
Since the business was a start up we are proud of ourselves to have been a very high tech company; we have a cloud system, we have been one of the first 50 companies to use Workplace, and we implemented an OKRs system when it was relatively unknown - we were at the forefront of leading this change.
