Pros
To start off, this is an incredible company backed by a down to earth CEO that built this company from the ground. Medical Guardian has a warm family like atmosphere. (Call Center) They care about each individual person, you aren't just a number here. On the Sales side of things, all the leads you receive are warm leads, no cold calling or generating your own leads is needed. Depending on your individual skill set you will receive a mixture of Inbound calls and online leads. Be prepared to hustle and you will succeed ! Overall this is a great company to work for, if you are prepared to work hard and you're able to stay positive you will do great in this position.
Cons
Location is good and bad, it's in the heart of Philadelphia which is awesome however parking rates are impractical during the work week if you plan to drive to work. The Train is a great alternative though!
