+ Very below average pay + Low salary increment + No 13th month bonus + Very high workload + No OT pay because OT a lot ( only can claim hours for OT ) + OT everyday ( expect to work after midnight because sometimes the work after working hours or midnight ) + Extremely bad work-life balance ( expect to work most of the time on public holidays, personal leave and weekends )
